Want to see the WC? Here’s one way…

Today, in Croatia, Coca-Cola unveiled the latest and greatest in contests. Their ‘hunt’ for game winners has been taken to new heights. The 3 main prizes are; 20,000 Kune (roughly $5,000), a Hyundai Tuscon or one of 8 trips to watch a live game at the 2006 World Cup.

To play, one simply has to purchase a participating bottle of Coke, and if the bottle is a winner, the prize patrol at Coca-Cola will track you down to your location through GPS to inform you; some winners will receive their prize from Zvonimir Boban.

I wonder how the brain trust at Coca-Cola will find you if you drink the Coke right away and throw out the bottle.

To participate, simply fly to Croatia and buy a winning bottle of Coke. (Make sure you hang on to it for a while…just in case)

I have a strong feeling that the Croatian people who win a prize will be disappointed if they win the 20,000 Kune and not the trip to watch a live game at the World Cup.

I think youre right…but it’s a crazy world we live in when people would rather watch a live football match than feed their family for six months.
