I agree with you mike. Thats a poor attitude to have. He played well this year, but if we need to have one striker from the HNL it should be Bosnjak. And even he won’t even have much (if any) playing time. I don’t see Cico changing the starting lineup of Prso and Klasnic up front with Olic as the super sub.

So who would the dumb-ass replaced in the mid-field on the ‘98 team? Any bit of sympathy that I had for him has gone down the drain .. it appears as though everything is about him. He tried hard this season so he could be on the NT. He returned to the super-strong Croatian league to be in Cico’s spotlight. Big deal – where has he been for the past two years? His comments are unprofessional – they are those of a spoiled child who didn’t get what he wanted yet the Croatian press give him the time of day. What he, and anybody that thinks that he should be on the NT, fail to realize is that even if he did get called up – the chances of him seeing the pitch are slim to none … he could keep track of the stats from home and leave the playing up to the others. We already have “good-enough” mid-field reserves.
